SM-SC Team Leader
I heard about an Assembler/Fitter job from a friend who already worked at SCHWARZ so applied for it and joined in 1998. Since then I have been promoted to Team Leader.
My main responsibilities include looking after two production lines. I monitor them to make sure everything runs smoothly and manage the 10 men working on the production line.
I am content working as a Team Leader. I want to keep working hard at what I am doing and want to continue to keep learning new skills.
Since being at SCHWARZ I have had training in QMS Auditor, Excel, Team Leading and various Health and Safety courses.
