Isabella
HR Assistant
I finished secondary school in July 2001 and only a month later SCHWARZ contacted me for a job opportunity as a Receptionist.
I accepted this role and started a three-year apprenticeship, and after this I was offered a permanent contract. I stayed in this position until Feb 2010 and in June 2010 an opportunity came up in HR so I applied for this.
The new role was more varied and interesting with different activities every day, these include managing the documentation related to the time keeping programme and payroll, dealing with the temporary work agencies and consultants, managing daily requests from colleagues, updating the training registers with all relevant documents (evaluation tests, efficacy tests and personal files) and interviewing people for the shop floor.
During my 11 years here, I have been on various training courses, mainly HR. These include: People Administration, Fringe Benefits, Privacy, Induction Training for New Staff, Update on New Laws and Regulations regarding Labour, Health and Safety, Excel and Training Process courses.
I am very proud to work for SCHWARZ and very happy to do a job that I like.
